Pray for 'kraine
He doesn't normally join in for "Fabulous Friday," as he is currently attending preschool on Fridays when his older siblings come and spend the day with us. I miss his joyful, energetic, happy face these days. But he is currently in the 2 year old Sunday School class that I teach each week and even though he has aged out, he will not be "promoted" until June and so I am enjoying the weeks I have. This past weekend, we ended up having the kids hang out with us while their parents went out to dinner with just other adults, a rare treat for them. This little guy is in a stage of life, which I hope he never outgrows, where he wants to pray each time we sit for a meal. When I asked who wanted to pray before we ate, he rapidly volunteered. "Dear Jesus, I pray for the people in 'kraine..." His prayer was one that his siblings and parents told me has been his recent daily prayer. His parents are friends with a couple who live in Ukraine and they arriv...
